Strike 3: JU is out

The Charlotte has now lost her transmission just outside of Daytona, making her the last of the JU drifters. Below are pictures of The Charlotte and the Foundation Academy (Bob) drifters getting close to shore. The Charlotte made it into the breakers yesterday and stopped transmission between then and today. Until we receive word from officials in Daytona there is no way to confirm if she made it onto shore or just went under with the breaking waves. Updates will be coming once I have the information. For now, Bob is making its way south, but is very, very close to shore. I am remaining optimistic, but it appears that our hopes will be on the Bolles School buoy.
